What candidates and clients ask before signing up.
Do I need to be an Accure employee to train with you?
Some sessions are internal for Accure officers only. Others, such as first aid or licensing prep, may be available to prospective candidates. Contact us to check upcoming availability.
How long does the Ontario security guard licensing process take?
The Ministry of the Solicitor General requires a 40-hour basic training course, emergency first aid certification, and a passing score on the licensing exam. Total time varies by learner, typically several weeks end-to-end.
Does training count toward continuing employment?
Ongoing refreshers and specialized modules (fire watch, healthcare, CCTV operator) support scheduling on higher-tier sites. Site-specific training may be a condition of assignment.
Do you offer training for our internal facility team?
Yes. Client-side briefings can be arranged to align internal staff with Accure post orders, escalation paths, and reporting expectations for the property.
